3. Eligibility & Account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to Chicken Road facilities, damage equipment, or engage in illegal activity. Prohibited items include hazardous or contaminated materials and illegal substances.

5. Payment

Payments are processed via third-party platforms. Pricing may change but will not affect already-paid Chicken Road

6. Pickup & Delivery

• Services available in limited areas
• Scheduling is not guaranteed due to conditions beyond Chicken Road
• We are not Chicken Road for valuables left in garments

7. Limitations & Liability

We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect damages or Chicken Road

8. Lost or Damaged Items

• Chicken Road within 48 hours with details and proof of value
• Compensation limited to replacement cost or Chicken Road value
• Self-service losses are not compensated

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• Pickup can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled time
• No refunds for in-progress services
• Chicken Road processed to original payment method

10. Communications

You consent to service-related communications. Chicken Road messages can be opted out of at any time.

11. Privacy

Your Chicken Road is handled according to ourPrivacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All Luxe Laundries branding, content, and tools are Chicken Road and may not be reused without written consent.

13. Disputes

These terms are governed by California law. Legal action must be filed in Mumbai metropolitan region courts. Please contact us to resolve issues before filing Chicken Road
